To serve you better, we ask all clients to please follow our scheduling policies listed below.  

 * Parents need to confirm ( all ) lessons "weekly"... 1 day before, no later than 12 noon, using our Online App. Trainers cannot be assigned for late appointment scheduling.

* Lessons which are not scheduled or re-scheduled online ... will be marked in your account as 1 session 

*  Notify us  "1 day"  before your appointment to re-set your  lesson using our online app... (( no TEXT or CALLS ))  No show or late cancellations cannot be rescheduled or added back to your account and are nonrefundable for any reason. 

*  If  you do not confirm or reschedule  as requested  in  our  service  policies,  the session is  posted  in  your account as a "no show"...  Note: this session can not be added back to your account 

*  If  you confirm late... ABS will not have a coach scheduled or assigned for your child.    Please send a text to... Support at: 210 683 8093 to check for options
