Service Contract

ABS "Service Contract" and client agreement is enforced with all registrations and payments.

At ABS, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all our classes and programs. This policy is clearly stated on the invoice you receive at the time of enrollment and is part of our service terms.

While refunds are not available, we understand that circumstances may change. As such, we offer the following alternatives:

1. Credit for Future Training: Upon request, we may consider issuing a credit that can be applied to future classes or programs.
2. Account Hold: Alternatively, we may place your account on hold, allowing you to resume your training at a later date.

Please note that these options are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We encourage all participants to carefully consider their commitments before enrolling in any ABS class or program.

Parents must confirm all appointments "online" (( one day before.... and by 4pm )) to reserve your child's time slot.

Submitting Payment Online

Submitting payment online, in person or by any other payment option(s) is your acknowledgment you have read all of our business terms and service contract. Furthermore you (client) agree with the contract terms at or before registration and payment. 

Service Rendered Charges

ABS reserves the right to protect all Service Rendered Charges
No credit card refunds (Charge Backs) without written ABS APPROVAL

• Cancellation Fees apply to  ( all ) training programs
• Programs listed as ( "Commitment" enrollment's )  are nonrefundable but can be adjusted to other programs 

ABS Service Terms:

I ( Client ) agree to all listed Service terms and company  policies 

* I understand some service fee are nonrefundable or limited for services rendered by ABS
* No bank credit card back chargers for refunds
* Refunds must be approved by ABS in writing.
* Registration or deposit fees to reserve sessions are Nonrefundable
* ABS program cancellation or drop-out fees due to ABS is $65

• If you Submitted Payment with a credit card and wish to cancel a service or program, there is a $35 set up and Bank service fee Due to ABS
• Fees for some programs or services are nonrefundable for any reason.  Contact us by text at: 210 683 8093 for more information and details about your program.
• If you cancel ( before ) we process your credit card payment your account will only show a $25 Booking and set up fee due to ABS.
• Missed 1-on-1 training sessions can only be reset to the next available open time slot if you notify ABS 4 hrs before scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are nonrefundable
• All PayPal Refunds have a 6% service charge Plus $10
• Team Program – enrollment and deposit fees are nonrefundable. Please note: ALL team program fees are nonrefundable because of the 2 months team commitment parents agree to before you sign up. If a player gets hurt at an (ABS game or practice), we will consider a “limited refund” for missed training sessions only.  Season Games or League fees cannot be refunded for any reason.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise or service in order to return or cancel it.

Refunds Request

After We have received your (valid) refund request, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your refund email request and will notify you of our acceptance or rejection.

If your request is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of service, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return, exchange, and refund or to impose different or additional conditions.
